Terms of Service
At PEgeetingcards is the major resource for helping to bring memories to life with the highest quality online photo imaging services. We offer the perfect solution to a simple process without all the fluff. In both the company and the customer's interests, company policies are necessary in order to establish an understanding about our services. If there is any confusion regarding our policies please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. All sales and purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no cancellations or adjustments allowed once orders have been submitted.
2. If customers are unsatisfied with their orders for any reason, they have the option to return the order with the order number enclosed, and an explanation for the return. We will be more than happy to reprint your order if you are not satisfied. The return must be done within 2 weeks from the time the customer places their order. Otherwise the aforementioned does not apply.
3. Orders will be stored up to one month and will be deleted after the one month time period.
4. PEgreetingcards prints orders as they are; meaning, we will process the order according to how it was received and will make no adjustments to the order unless it is noted. In that case that changes are necessary, there will be additional charges for adjustments in the picture pending on the degree of changes.
5. If customers opt to pick up from one of our dealers the next day, they must order by 3:00pm the previous day (Monday-Thursday)(service is currently not available).
6. PEgreetingcards will not be liable for the content of any submission. We process orders as they are received.
7. PEgreetingcards will not be held liable for damages caused by shipping. We package our orders appropriately so there should be no issue concerning the packaging itself.
8. PEgreetingcards is not responsible for any materials submitted by the customer that may bring about any liability under applicable law. Any materials that may violate privacy, publicity, or copyrights without the permission of the owner and those parties shown in the pictures are prohibited. PEgreetingcards guarantees that the rights of the customers and images submitted are used
9. PEgreetingcards has third party software available to you. In order to download the software, you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that software. PEgreetingcards is not affiliated with the terms and conditions of the third party software.
10. Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your PEgreetingcards order, please email us within 30 days from the purchase date. An email is necessary in order to initiate the return/refund policy. You may choose to issue a refund if not satisfied, or a redo. Please note if you choose to have an order redone, there will be no option for a refund on your credit card. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited to you.
11. Privacy: PEgreetingcards will only disclose personal information if requested so by law and we believe that it is necessary to abide by the rule in regard to a court order or legal processing being conducted on our website. With the exception of request from governmental organizations, law enforcement authorities or other third parties of such nature, PEgreetingcards customer information is protected using SSL encryption software in addition to Verisign services.
12. Disclaimer: Please backup all your images and data. We offer no warranty, explicit or implied, regarding any images. PEgreetingcards shall not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits or any other damages, costs or losses. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of images, which includes films and any form of digital media.
13. Disclaimer: Although PEgreetingcards is not responsible for the content of the Submissions from PEgreetingcards users, we reserve the right in our discretion to:
Delete any materials we deem as defamatory, abusive, illegal, threatening, obscene, pornographic, offensive or vulgar. Take action that PEgreetingcards regards as necessary relating to the use or misuse of PEgreetingcards services. PEgreetingcards reserves the right to remove any approved image at any time if We believe it is defective, of poor quality or contain infringement issues and may result in possible criminal prosecution.
14. Disclaimer: You are at liberty to submit your images and files as part of your use of the Service, however under these terms, you must be in compliance that you will not post, upload or transmit any of the following material or obtain any such material using PEgreetingcards:
- materials of defamatory, abusive, illegal, threatening, obscene, pornographic, offensive or vulgar content or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law
- materials that supports or promotes racisms, hate crimes against any individual or group, or bigotry
- materials from a false or unknown address
- materials that infringe upon the rights of privacy, copyrights, or publicity, or intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable
15. PEgreetingcards is constantly updating itself with new products and services. As a PEgreetingcards customer, you are entitling PEgreetingcards to send you e- newsletters of the latest updates on our specials and promotions. Please be advised if you wish to unsubscribe or wish not to receive these updates, you must contact the customer service department to be removed from our database.
